What is the Flexible Booking Fee?
The Flexible Booking Fee is an optional add-on you can purchase at the time of making your confirmed booking. It gives you extra flexibility if your plans change.
What does it include?
No cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days before pick-up
One (1) booking amendment fee waived
When can I use it?
You can use this benefit once, provided your cancellation is made outside of 7 days prior to pick-up. Your booking amendment can be used at any time until you return your booking.
Can I use it more than once?
No. It is a single-use benefit.
Is the Flexible Booking Fee refundable?
No. This fee is non-refundable, even if you do not use it.
Can I add this after I’ve made my booking?
No. The Flexible Booking Fee must be purchased at the time of confirming your booking.
Does this cover no-shows?
No. It does not apply if you do not arrive for your booking (no-show).
