How do I connect my phone to the vehicle?
Most of our vehicles support Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, or Bluetooth connectivity. The available connection method may vary depending on the vehicle you're travelling in.
For the best experience, we recommend connecting your phone using a cable. A wired connection is generally more reliable and is often required for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to function.
Which cable should I use?
Please use your phone's original manufacturer cable or a high-quality certified cable.
Apple iPhone: Use an official Apple Lightning cable (depending on your iPhone model)
Android phones: Use the original cable supplied with your device or a high-quality certified equivalent.
Low-cost or charging-only cables may not support data transfer, which means Apple CarPlay or Android Auto may not connect.
Can I connect using Bluetooth?
If your vehicle is equipped with Bluetooth, you can pair your phone for hands-free calls and audio streaming. However, some vehicles require a cable connection to use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, even if Bluetooth is available.
My phone won't connect. What should I do?
If you're having trouble connecting:
Ensure you're using a genuine or certified cable.
Try a different cable port (if available).
Unlock your phone and accept any prompts to allow CarPlay or Android Auto.
Disconnect any previous Bluetooth connections and try pairing again.
Restart your phone and reconnect.
