Information for JUCY customers regarding our new branch address for Sydney.

Where is the new location and why are you moving?

Our new location address is 1799 Botany Road, Banksmeadow New South Wales 2019. We’ve moved to a bigger location!

When does the move happen?

Starting Tuesday 10th February 2026, all pick ups and drop offs will be at our new branch in Banksmeadow.

Will there be any changes to services offered at the new branch?

No changes! The vehicles we provide and branch amenities will remain the same.

How will the move impact vehicle pick-up and drop-off?

If your pick up or drop off is scheduled for Tuesday 10th February 2026 or later, please ensure you go to our new branch in Banksmeadow.

What should I do if I have a booking during the move?

Ensure you plan accordingly by heading to our new address for pick up or drop off from 10th February 2026 onwards. There may be some refurbishment works occurring around the time of our move so please follow any instructions given to you by our team during this time.

Can I still contact the branch during the move?

Yes! You can contact us as you normally do for any further assistance with your booking.

How do I get from Sydney Airport to the JUCY branch?

Getting to our new Sydney branch is easy – you can; Ride-share or taxi straight from the airport, catch public transport with bus links available or, ask a family member or friend to drop you off.

What happens if I accidentally go to the old location?

Don’t worry! If you accidentally arrive at our old branch, we will have signage there to give you the new address location. We recommend you catch a rideshare or taxi to the new location in Banksmeadow. The distance from our old location to our new location is about a 15-minute drive.

How long does it take to get from the Sydney airport to the new branch location?

It takes approximately 15 minutes to drive from Sydney airport to the new branch location in Banksmeadow.

Will this impact existing promotions or deals?

Not at all! All current promotions and deals will remain valid and unaffected by the move.

What are the operating hours?

Our branch operating hours remain unchanged. We operate on a New South Wales time zone (AEDT):

Monday to Friday: 8am until 5pm

Saturday: 8am until 2pm

Sunday: 9am until 2pm

We recommend keeping this in mind when planning your booking to ensure a smooth experience.

Do you provide an after-hours service for pick up and drop off?

No, we do not provide after-hours pick-up or drop-off services at our Sydney branch location.
