Can I check-in online?

Yes. All JUCY customers must complete online check-in before arriving to collect their vehicle.

Completing this step makes your pick-up faster and smoother, so you spend less time waiting at the counter and more time on the road.

Note: Please allow enough time when collecting your vehicle, as our team will guide you through the features of your campervan or motorhome before you hit the road.

Online Check-In Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble completing your online check-in, most issues are caused by a required step not being fully completed.

First, check which step you’re currently on (Driver Details, Pick-Up & Drop-Off, Excess Reduction, Home Address, Rental Agreement, or Payment). Make sure all required fields on that section have been filled in and look for any highlighted or orange fields, as these indicate missing or incorrect information to be completed.

If you’re seeing an error message, take note of exactly what it says. If there’s no clear error, try scrolling to the top and bottom of the page to check for prompts or required sections you may have missed.

When you click Next or Continue, pay attention to what happens. If nothing changes or the page reloads, double-check for incomplete fields.
