Airport to branch shuttle
Want a free ride? Here are three easy steps to get our absolutely FREE shuttle from Gold Coast Airport to our branch:
Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible Gold Coast Ocean air for the first time!
Step 2
Collect your bags and call us on 1800 150 850. Select option #1, then #3 to request your free shuttle transfer.
Step 3
Exit the terminal to the left and follow the signs to the Shuttle Collection Area. Please wait for us here.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us! Note, that the last shuttle leaves the airport 30 minutes before the branch closing hours.
Important information
Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle
Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond.
If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence
