Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the fresh Victorian air for the first time!
Step 2
Collect your bags.
For JUCY call us on +64 9 600 1032. Select option #1, to request your free shuttle transfer.
For Star RV call us on +64 9 600 1947. Select option #4, to request your free shuttle transfer.
Step 3
Exit the terminal, head to the Hotels & Off Airport Buses waiting area, and hang here until we arrive.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us!
Important information
Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle
Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond
If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.
All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.
