Yes, if you are picking up/dropping off your JUCY wheels in Australia or New Zealand on a public holiday a surcharge will be applicable.

The surcharge will be communicated to you during the booking process as a fee found in your booking summary.

Public holidays in Australia are (Correct as at 30th October 2024):

AU Branch-Specific Public Holidays:

  • King’s Birthday 10th June 2024 and 9th June 2025 (all branches except for Perth, Cairns, Brisbane and Gold Coast listed below)

  • Perth (WA) – 23rd September 2024 and 29th September 2025

  • Cairns, Brisbane, Gold Coast (QLD) branches – 7th October 2024 and 6th October 2025

    Labour Day

  • Melbourne (VIC)– 11th March 2024 and 10th March 2025

  • Cairns, Brisbane, Gold Coast (QLD) branches – 6th May 2024 and 5th May 2025

  • Perth (WA) – 4th March 2024 and 3rd March 2025
