The JUCY Crib comes equipped with a 25 litre fresh water tank and hose to refill.
Troubleshooting: My water is not working
First check your water tank is full. If not, use the hose provided to fill the water tank and try again.
If the water tank is full, there could be a potential air blockage. Make sure the water tank is full, then keep pumping the tap. This should clear the blockage and water should start flowing.
If neither of these options work, please contact us.
Alternatively, if you wish to continue with the issue, we recommend purchasing a water canister to up to the value of $20. Please keep the receipt and we can refund the cost at drop off.
