If the additional driver is not able to be at the branch to pick up their vehicle, they will need to email two forms of ID (front and back copy of their License, International Drivers Permit or translation, along with another form of photo ID such as a passport). We need to be able to properly identify all drivers listed on the Rental Agreement.

The ID can be emailed through to our Contact Centre at [email protected]. Additional drivers are $2 per day, per driver. We keep our additional driver fees low as more drivers means safer driving.

As per our excess reduction terms, all drivers must be named on the Rental Agreement to be covered in case of an accident or incident.

STAR

Any additional drivers must be present at the branch upon collection of the vehicle or have approval from Star RV's team that the driver has been added. The Star RV team can add an additional driver once they’ve received a copy of the front and back of the driver's licence and passport. The ID can be emailed through to our Contact Centre at [email protected].
