Motorhomes and campervans must be dropped off during our branch opening hours. After-hours drop off is allowed for cars only and this service must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Please note our JUCY Darwin branch is closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Australia Day.

Airport to branch shuttle

Note: Our branch airport shuttle runs on demand during JUCY business hours, and the last shuttle leaves the airport 30 minutes before closing time.

Want a free ride? Here are three easy steps to get our absolutely FREE shuttle from Darwin Airport to our JUCY branch:

Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and get ready for your Darwin adventure!

Step 2
Collect your bags and call us on 1800 875 018 and select Darwin to request your free shuttle transfer. Our shuttle only runs during branch hours.

Step 3
Exit the terminal, and wait at the public pick-up area which is next to the main door for “International Arrivals.”

Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is white but our JUCY or Star RV logo will be proudly displayed so you'll be able to easily spot us!

Important information

  • Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle

  • Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond.

  • If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.

  • All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.

  • Sorry, we don't have onsite parking for you to leave your personal vehicle at our branch during your trip.
