Motorhomes and campervans must be dropped off during our branch opening hours. After-hours drop off is allowed for cars only and this service must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Want a free ride? Here are three easy steps to get our absolutely FREE shuttle from Cairns Airport to our branch:
Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible Tropical North Queensland fresh air for the first time!
Step 2
Collect your bags.
For JUCY call us on +64 9 600 1032. Select option #1, to request your free shuttle transfer.
For Star RV call us on +64 9 600 1947. Select option #4, to request your free shuttle transfer.
Step 3
For domestic and international terminals, exit the airport and follow the green line and signs to the courtesy coach pick-up area and wait for your JUCY shuttle.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our JUCY shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us!
Important information
Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle
Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond.
If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.
All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.
