If you haven't picked up your vehicle yet:
Before collection, you can make changes to your booking through our Check-in Portal. This includes updating your dates, locations, vehicle type, and pick-up/drop-off times.
To access the portal, simply enter your last name, booking number, and pick-up location.
If you have already picked up your vehicle:
If you are currently on hire with us, to make changes to your booking including extending your hire period, you will need to contact us by phone or email.
Please note that any changes are subject to availability and approval by JUCY. Rates may also be re-calculated at the time of the amendment.
