To use any of the power outlets (sockets) in the vehicle you must be plugged into a powered campsite with your 240-volt cable.
Your 15amp power cable is in the storage area under the rear facing seat behind the front passenger seat.
Image for reference, your 15amp power cable is different to a regular cable you would normally use in a domestic house.
Connecting to a power source
Plug the cable into the outlet on the outside of the vehicle then into a power outlet in a campground. Please see below:
Troubleshooting: I’ve got no power in my vehicle
If you are plugged into a powered campsite and nothing works inside the vehicle, try using a different outlet at the campground, as there may be an issue with your campsite’s power outlet.
If the above does not work, check with the campground if they have a spare cable, as it may be an issue with the cable we have provided. If the campground’s cable works, we authorise you to buy a new cable up the value of $100. Please keep the receipt and we will refund you when you drop off the vehicle. You can buy these at Bunnings, Mitre 10 or any Camping or boating store.
Check you have a 15amp power cable as per the image reference above.
Please do not attempt to repair or assess the wiring in the vehicle – a certified electrician needs to look at this.
If you are still having issues, please contact us.
