The JUCY Crib+ is equipped with a portable gas cooker and gas canisters. The gas canisters should be full on pick up and ready to go.

When connecting the gas canister to the cooker, ensure the canister is aligned with the pin and the black release button is the downwards position, allowing the gas to flow. To note: The black handle will not press down unless the circular (high/low) knob is in the upwards position, make sure the circular knob is turned all the way to the left.

Troubleshooting: My gas cooker is not working

  • First, check there’s gas in your canister. While we try and make sure that all gas canisters are full when we hand over the vehicle, from time to time we may miss one – sorry about that! If this is the case, purchase a new canister and keep the receipt so we can reimburse you on drop off.

  • If the first canister does not work but is full, switch to the spare canister and see if this works.

  • Double check that the canister is aligned with the pin and that the black release button is in the downwards position – this allows the gas to flow.

Alternatively, we authorise you to buy a new portable gas cooker up to the value of $50, these can be bought at Mitre 10, Bunnings Warehouse, RV Super Centre, or Kmart. Please keep the receipt and we will refund you on drop off.
