Motorhomes and campervans must be dropped off during our branch opening hours. After-hours drop off is allowed for cars only and this service must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Airport to branch shuttle
Want a free ride? Here are three easy steps to get our absolutely FREE shuttle from Auckland Airport to our branch:
Step 1
Get off the plane and stretch your legs and maybe even grab yourself a coffee. We make great Flat Whites (coffee) in New Zealand!
Step 2
Our shuttle runs on demand, so first collect your bags and then call us on +64 9 374 4360 to request your free airport shuttle ride that runs between 9AM and 3:30PM.
Step 3
After you have spoken to us on the phone to let us know you have arrived, to grab your free shuttle;
- If you're arriving on an international flight, exit the terminal and follow the signs to the Off-Site Shuttle Transfer area.
If you're arriving on a domestic flight, exit through Doors 9 & 10, cross the pedestrian crossing, and make your way to the Off-Site Shuttle Transfer area.
Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is bright green and purple, so it’s almost impossible to miss us!
Important information
Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle
Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond
If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.
All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.
Sorry, we don't have onsite parking for you to leave your personal vehicle at our branch during your trip.
