Ready to grab your keys and start your adventure? Below you'll find details on how to find us when you arrive at Hobart Airport and what to bring to check-in.

Motorhomes and campervans must be dropped off during our branch opening hours. After-hours drop off is allowed for cars only and this service must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Pick-up information

  • You can only collect your vehicle between opening time and 30 minutes before closing.

  • We do not offer After Hours collection.

Airport transfers

Our branch airport shuttle runs on demand during JUCY business hours, and the last shuttle leaves the airport 30 minutes before closing time.

Step 1

Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible Tasmania air for the first time!

Step 2

Collect your bags.

  • For JUCY call us on +64 9 600 1032. Select option #1, to request your free shuttle transfer.

  • For Star RV call us on +64 9 600 1947. Select option #4, to request your free shuttle transfer.

Step 3

Exit either the domestic or international terminal to the left and the Rideshare pick-up signs (it’s about a 4-minute walk). Wait at the Rideshare Pick-up area for your JUCY shuttle to arrive.

Wondering if you’ll see us coming? Our shuttle van is white but our JUCY logo will be proudly displayed so you'll be able to easily spot us!

Important information

  • Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle

  • Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond

  • If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.

  • All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.

  • Sorry, we don't have onsite parking for you to leave your personal vehicle at our branch during your trip.
