Motorhomes and campervans must be dropped off during our branch opening hours. After-hours drop off is allowed for cars only and this service must be pre-arranged with us beforehand.

Pick-up information
You can only collect your vehicle between opening time and 30 minutes before closing.
We do not offer After Hours collection.
Airport transfers
Taxis are available at the airport for approx AUD $15.
Customers will need to arrange their way to and from the airport.
Important information
Don’t forget to bring your driver’s licence, credit card or debit card when picking up your vehicle
Please ensure that you have the relevant funds available for your chosen excess reduction, authorisation and/or bond
If your driver’s licence is not in English, please remember to also bring an International Driver Permit or a Certified Translation of your driver’s licence.
All vehicles must be collected during branch opening hours.
Sorry, we don't have onsite parking for you to leave your personal vehicle at our branch during your trip.
